-Comes with NO melts
-Toggle on/off switch with black cord
-Warmer does not use a bulb
-4.5 in tall. 
-Wax liners CAN be used and should be used if you want to use with oils.
 
-Is this a gift? Do you need it shipped to the receiver? I can do that.
 
-Use 1/4 to 1/2 max of my wax melts to start.
